Hello! I’m Connie Eriksson
My Education
I received both my bachelor’s and my master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. I have been a practicing therapist since 2000, and a sole practitioner since 2004. This means you will always speak to me or get my confidential voice mail. I usually return phone calls within 24 hours. I began my career in 1986 in a traditional nursing role. In this role, I worked with patients with chronic and terminal illnesses, as well as working with their entire families.
I am easy to connect with, compassionate and easy to understand.
In my role as a therapist, I see individuals, couples and families. I have done trainings in hospitals and other work settings on topics such as: communication, grief, journaling, parenting, and “taming your inner critic.” to name a few. I have been a group facilitator for groups focusing on grief, inner growth, journaling, and the treatment and prevention of depression.
Simply stated, I love my work, and I am passionate about providing you with a comfortable, effective therapy experience.
