No matter why you are seeking help, you want to feel like you are “normal” and that there is hope. You will get that when you partner with me for therapy.
People come to see me for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, they are struggling with depression or anxiety. Sometimes it’s a painful situation, an illness or a life stressor. It could even be a challenging work situation or a difficult relationship with a partner, family member, coworker or friend. Sometimes, they don’t even know what the problem is, they just know they are not happy, not satisfied with life.
The one thing they have in common is that what they are currently doing isn’t working. They are not as happy as they want to be, not as happy as they deserve to be.
When you come to me for therapy, I will partner with you to identify your goals and help you get there.
- Listen to you
- Help you problem-solve
- Offer new perspectives
- Identify areas of strength that you may not even realize you have
- Educate you
- Teach you skills that will have a positive effect long after you leave my office
- Support you throughout your process until you are well on your way
